Registration is open for the May 1st 2011 Cap 2K race. The race is hosted by Austin's swimming godfather Dr. Keith Bell. Great race. Fun is had by all. The swim is a straight shoot from Red Bud Island down to the Town Lake rowing dock. Only time you can "legally" swim in Lady Bird Lake. To register please visit -----> http://www.cap2k.com/
